1986 O.A. Good Eleutherodactylus caryophyllaeus Trail from La Cantarrana to Cascante camps 5 April 3 collected between 350 and 460 m elev. on forest floor between 10 AM and 12/5 PM. Trail from Cascante to 1000m camp 8 April [illegible] collected at night in 1° forest, 30 cm off ground at 720m elev. Another collected in 1° forest at 750m elev. during day. 1000 m camp 12 April 4 collected at night in low vegetation in 1° forest. at 960, 970, 1000 +1040 m elev. The animal at 1040m was found with a clutch of eggs. 13 April 6 collected in low vegetation at night in 1° forest at 960, 960, 960, 980, 1000 + 1020 m elev.
