Pleasant 1984 79 Ctenomys ranci Oct.30. The mators on Pampa H. nemelor, 5 km SW Barah. Socked for Rattlros here, cold cloudy. Lots of Rattlros holes, no droppings. A few places, especially around route of [illegible] Rosa mosqueta and retama, with trees droppings, but nowhere any perb specatations, a couple of places with deep clear runways maybe 6 ft long, probably made under snow. No earth cores. One place with a few piles of trees droppings all by themselves on undisturbed turf (made under snow). Heard no tucos but caught 2 in the first hour (7 p.m), no more overnight. One of them a 125-gf young lies early pregnant. The other a big 8' 72/17,
