Canned terra near boulder and cliffs in the quebrada (duranquillo, casa de pedri, big busher) and advan put 16 thermaus nearby. Before donle anton had caught one microcavia in a steel trap and I also poutthed. Evening calor Dec 10 morning overcast, my cage traps in the canyon held adult one phyllo (released) and one also. longi's adrian is 16 thermaus held 2 also. longi and I old phyllo's, anta's traps around camp held 1 adult rheathia (steel trap in brushy stuff near the quina way of yesterday), also longi, 3 phyllos, 5 at longi, and also panther. [Total cited to 4:20 8 panths, 1 ratillo, 1 Tony, 1 mouse] Tharme deno to adrian's three grids: no trap touched except one by horses. Saw a big brown caterpillar on stillinjia. Probably a microcavia in the canyon. And a pair of porcupine-like hamler in the canyon. When the stillinjia is burned, it root-sprouts and produce quite large leaves. Some stillinjia plants are bearing new persons as well as full-sized (but green) fruits. Perhaps it takes 2 years to mature to scale. The green fruits were slightly picante. at 4 checked the 3 grids: nothing. Saw the rugose black beetle eating a small white 5-petal flower. Also a shumb on one of the grids. Mr Navarro, owner of our campsite, says there are lots of red lopes and many grey. Didn't seem to know of any microcavia. at 7:30 reloited my 14 cage traps with apple, anta
