34 No. 23 Gray Whale ♂ Jan. 24/12 Musan A light whale - Head, lips, jaws mostly light gray with flecks of white - much light gray on its sides of its body in small patches bars darker w flecks. Peduncle with small light gray markings on sides - dorsal surface plain - ventral surface has a few what illegible, white lines like scratches. 2 garrow. 9 circulations including hump. Ant. half yellowish white. No 24 Orcas orca ♀ Feb. 1/12 Musan, Korea Time was not given to get a detail description of the markings of this whale but I examined it as carefully as possible when being cut up and could see no difference between it to the Orcas taken at Oshing 1 The general pattern of the white below was the same, there was the white spot behind its eye, and the large gray patch just behind the dorsal,
