24 External characters. On the top of the head there is a double line of prominent knobs alternating + running from the top of the snout to a point partly below the eyes. On the median line from the ante end of the whiskers a line of knobs runs to the tip of the snout. The eye has a deep furrow above + below it - The ear is a small opening large enough to insert a small seal finger. From the post. border of the dorsal fin to the flukes, the top edge of the peduncle is gently crenulated. The dorsal fin is small + ends like this -> blunt at the top + nearly an even regular steps to the tip.
