III 94 almost all the phalanges except IV 90 the very anterior ones near the tips are about 90 mil apart. The first large bundle (largest) in dist. ant. edge of its fist, is caused by the distal end of its radius - its 2nd & 3rd long pointed bundles are at the distal ends of the 1st metacarpal & 1st phalanx of the 1st digit - The fourth (which is the next largest bundle to the 1st) is formed by the end of the 2nd phalanx of that 1st digit - the other bundles are caused by the 2nd, 3rd dist. & 5th phalanges of its 2nd digit. The radius is 1070 mil, length straight in median line.) The ulna is 565- mil width radius at distal end = 260 " " " proximally = 160 " " " Alula distally = 170 " " " proximally (including olecran- on is) 1410 mil. wrists R+Alula in position proximally = 330 wrists R+U distally = 440 The carpus has no specialities what- ever, nor any indication of especial hardening of its carpobase composing the carpus.
