O'neil's Kiwi Policeman came along and after a lot of questionings we found out that he had lost his rifle & mail bag in the Hea, the bag undoubtedly contained our mail. Unfortunately this did not tell anyone til I came in and called Adamson's attention to the fact that his gun was missing so that nothing could be done today as it looked as though it would rain. November 4, 1933 November A few mornings I got nothing in my trek which I visited in a hurry on the way to the Hea where I spent more than an hour walking back & forth looking for the missing articles.
