It's faunt bat was brought in by a Faug [illegible] native. By the way & "Faug[e" comes spelt "Fu-uge & Fuage or Fujuge." Also brought in by Truongian was a Dactylophila & a Bandicoot. I caught three rats. Jeandron arrived back from Deva-Devo saying that sea was high and passesable and there was no word of Adamson. I got one rat that was not scared October 28 / 1933 Again caught only one rat. His yesterday time was heavy rain most all afternoon and night. Moose shot a Dacophus in the woods not far from camp and a native brought in a
