Trip to behind the bark shelter, the forest here is more open than on the point where the trees are & I noted on Pandanus tree. Just before going into the bark shelter one looks down into a deep valley departly another branch of the bro. It is more wooded than the main bit but the bottom is bare. July 31, 1933 The weather in the early morning was fine but it soon loaded and about noon it came on to rain. aforel mama a little after.
