20 On July 21 I caught one Kollong's & a Fuzzy Tail Woodrot. July 22 the same native on the 26th brought in four more Centetes. I caught a Kollong and a rodent. The rodent apparently belongs in its genus Cleures with the fuzzy tail Brown Woodrot. July 23, 1929 May 64 min 58 Rain all day & hard. I only caught a Fuzzy Tail Brown woodrot with which was ready eaten by ants. One of the Centetes #220, a ♂, had 10 pts. of a supernumerary nipple. July 24, 1929 Max 70 & min 50 Rain all A.M. & the first part of P.M., around 3:00 it cleared then clouded but did not rain. I caught 2 insectivores. #223 was suddenly from his position, traveling across the trap. Apparently he was not interested in the bait which was meat; called him a "Little Brown Shrew". #224 was likewise probably twaddling across though I can't just say as how had his crushed body might have been thrown into it over so as to look as though he was traveling across, he had 2 quite large feet on one in each horn which measured in situ about 75 mm.
