I made string catches on the doors of the traps while Steve prepared his Vangel foot traps which will have to change to day also. I decided to place three traps at the Beach Ridge Vangel foot trap site, and three at the Beach Ridge (Central Marsh) trap site. 1505 The traps here at Beach Ridge are set out. I called this line # 1, and the traps on # 1, 2 and #3 running from S. to N. The traps were numbered on the top piece. I took several photos of the traps and also of the max-min thermometers. The first reading of these, after having been in there positions for about 15 minutes was 38°F inside, and 38°F outside. The Thermometers are mounted about 2-3' above ground on a cardboard shield. Thermometer under here suspended by strings this distance from ground to the thermometer is 2-3 inches.
