1900 (cont.) And a C. gallus B on its territory. I also took a photo of a Lemmus that came out from under a discarded vessel track.
1800 I'm out near the AAES installation and see several E. Jaegers flying over but could photograph none of them. I returned to camp after talking with T. Custer. He had found a red challenge # which I want to put up so I kept it (see catalogue)
17 June
0830 Decided to go collect furbera samples for steves Barless and my work.
1030 Finally left after having to sew up my perka zipper and locate some sampling socks.
1050 I'm now about 1/2 mi. S. of ALL building and just saw two snowy owls (carp. desert.) with one chasing the other.
1100 I'm now near the gas brie and I see 4 feet sandpipers feeding. I took my first feeding data note.

1120 Just located a longspur nest southwest of the AAES installation about 300 yards or so. had 4 eggs - I marked it with a stick.
