I finished checking traps by 2300hrs, got a radio location on #1123 at her nest, and headed home. Feb 8 0700am - out checking traps on MC. It's clear, calm, low 40s. The moon is just over ½ full and almost direct about 70°nw west. Body got a drop from [heat] ? Removed her collar & Reduced w/ GREEN Powder. Finished checking all traps by 0840hrs and returned to lab to blood animals caught last night on grid MC. Released them at their point of capture by 1000hrs in good shape. Spent most of the day working on a paper. 1515hrs - out on RC getting trying to radio-locate #1967. I searched for ~45mins with no luck. I searched ~100m downstream from the west drift fence. From 1600 to 1630 I reset all drift fence traps and the traps west of the grid (baited these with peanut butter). Found a dead P.bosfrui in a pit fall pan on the west fence - Referenced w/ it for a study skin. Reset MC drift fences and grid traps from 1045 to 1515 hrs.
