Feb 2 (cont.) From 1445 to 1530hrs we reset RC drift fences and all
the traps on the grid. We want to see if their is a lactating
female on the grid, and if not we will monitor the grid
for the next five nights. Reset MC drift fences and
the top 4 rows on the grid from 1600 to 1630hrs. Today
was partly cloudy and cool (low 50's).
2120hrs - out checking traps on MC. It's, clean, cool, and moon is
full - very bright. Results on MC traps:

7,7 Crozon [illegible]! caught in trap nailed with 2 concrets. This is
probably the character who has been turning traps, so we will release him to
Carmel Valley Rd. (He?) appears younger, perhaps a subadult, based on
facial features and quality of pelage. Beautiful animal.
