It's clear, calm, low 40's, the moon is ~ 3/8 full and just now setting - fairly bright. Drsnial results - 4 P. tuii & 1 Perognathus total. Finished by 2200th. Dec 15 0700h - out checking traps on MC. It's clear, breezy, low 30's - cool! No traps turned over, but very few animals captured. Finished by 0800th and proceeded to check RC drift fence traps. 22°C on Robertson Creek. Finished by 0900th and returned to lab to prepare P. boyfii mortality and weigh babies. Went into town for a few supplies. Around 1300th clouds moved in from the west and it began snowing! It was around 40°, so none of the snow collected. I reset all GRID MC traps from 15-1600h, putting bands on all folding Shermans and paper towels non-folding Shermans where animals are captured. Due to the weather and since din only catching resident along the drift fences, I left the RC drift fence traps closed; covered the pitfall cans, and picked up the extra folding Shermans. I did
