I got some sleep this am and Marco picked up all the non-folding Sherman on MC in prep for dispersal trapping tomorrow. Today was much cooler, high in the (thin, low clouds) upper 80's - very pleasant. This PM we prepared a road-kill Lynx refuse that Mark Stromberg collected (cat #8(6?) - actually Mark found it barely alive and shot it. We froze the cleaned skin for Bob Jones to prepare. Cleaned up the doll-house this PM for Ellie Sternberg, my new field assistant who arrives Tuesday. Reset RC drift fence traps around 1730 and MC drift fence traps around 1800h. Marco got things set up for telemetry and I replaced the paper on the hyggrothermograph. 2100h - Marco headed out for telemetry. Spent most of the morning cleaning up the cabin in prep for 8 people coming from MOZ for dispersal trapping tonight and tomorrow night.
