The outer box is oriented East-West to shade the hygro. from the sun, and it is open to the north (eg - [drawing]). I left extra droppers in a milk carton. I know the temperature gauge is correct, having checked it on the cabin porch for 12h. I don't know about the accuracy of the humidity recording. I took radio locations on the 2 remaining individuals with collars and located one of the missing collars (see supp sect). Reset all RC traps from 1700 to 1820h, clearing poison oak along the way. I added ~10 more traps to the west drift fence to keep capture rate ≤ 50%. Karen showed up and she reset MC drift fence traps around 1830h. 2210h - out checking traps on RC. It's still breezy, partly cloudy, low 50's. We finished checking traps by 21325h and I radio-located # 1137 at 7.9 (see supp sect). May 5 0640h - out checking traps on MC drift fences. It's mostly cloudy, some low clouds on ridges, mid 40s, and calm. It started raining as we started on RC, and the rain continued on and off until we finished at 0915h. Returned to lab to bleed 2 new animals. Summary of results on RC.
