Jan 25 8pm Out checking traps on MC - Clear, calm, cold (top 40's). Heavy frost this am. Again, not many animals on the grid. Finished by 0900h and proceeded to check RC drift fence traps. 8/25 (32%) on the west fence and 7/18 (11%) on the east fence. Returned by 0900h.

Spent the rest of the day working on data. Today sunny and warm (low 60's).
Reset MC grid & drift fence traps from 1530-1630h, and RC drift fence traps from 1630-1730h. I also measured the distance from the drift fences to the grid - follows:
Distance (by road) from west fence to gate: 0.25 mi
west crossing: 0.35 mi
