and I left her in trap with back door open. Returned to lab to spin
down blood & take vaginal smears.

Today was sunny and warm (upper low 80's). Spent all afternoon
working on a paper --
Reset all RC traps from 17-1830h and MC drift fence traps by
1900h.
2215h - out checking traps on RC. Clear, low 50's, moon is 3/4 full
overhead - very bright! Not many captures as a result. Finished
by 2315h and returned

0620h - out checking traps on MC. Clear, calm, low 50's. Started checking
traps on RC by 0700h - Lots of PC! Caught all but one previously
captured. Finished checking traps by 0900h and killed new PC (#1592)
at the buck and released him at his capture point in good shape. Returned
to lab to spin down blood. Summary of results on RC - P. californicus
