All drift fence passageways were left open & pit cauls were covered. Bled animals back in lab, released them at point of capture, and left for Beyer today this afternoon. Nov.23 Arrived back at Hastings around 1300 hrs. Cl'ts clear, calm, low 70's. From 1500 to 1530hrs I reset the traps on the drift fence on RC-1, set at stations traps 15,15; 5,14; and 6,14 on RC-1, and set a 5 station (2 traps per) transect east of the grid. On the transect, used trap #'s 321-330, with #321 starting at drift fence. This is basically the same transect as last week. The creek bottom is very damp, and the willows have started turning yellow. From 1600-1630hrs I reset drift fence traps on MC-1, and set stations 9,8; 9,9; 9,10; 9,12; and 9,13. Returned to clean traps. The moon (1/8 full) is set in the west as the sun was setting
