Discolored water is still passed, but toward night it be- comes blue again. Sunday, July 24 N.lat. 20°23' W.lon. 21°51' Divine Service was performed today for the first time on board. The water is again green, as if on soundings, but soundings taken in 650 fms shew no bottom. The rate of sailing being small (2 knots) a fine opportunity was thus offered for the use of the tow-net, which took several Ctenopods - as Byalea uncinata Cleodore etc. also several Atlantis, and a curious blue water-skipper, with long legs, walking on the surface of the sea
