Friday November 27, 1914 Clear & pleasant with N E wind x -12° Last night I saw the bath tub for the first time since last July. Jerome joined in the game with such violence that he could not cool off except by bathing x He insulted me by the evening's performance by a wrestling match with Hecates dingus x The air got pretty thick towards the end x Etc and the expected visitors have not yet ar- rived either the weather and moonlights are of the best for travelling. This afternoon I walked out to the Island and brought some ice into the house x As I hope that we can be back there next week x Jerome & my fat are both sick today. I expect they had too much Thanksgiving x I got done my four year fright And turned it over to Ah-dink-a Hingwah for repair. The holes & the feet of my bands are pretty well gone x She glacia work seemed to have been hard on four years x Jerome has very kindly given me his sheepskin booteas for the spring trip x Mine is about worn out x I have some new bear skin breeches which Helliotes made in the summer x Altogether I have a pair Start trunks being ready when the time comes x It is very pleasant to think that in a little more than three weeks the sun will start back to us x
