69 Friday 20th 12 boys out hunting grey lark. Not found. Saturday Off day. Noted 4 Blue Demigutta, 1 Cairns. Noted Demigutta is a bird of territory. Also several attempts at Sig. bird common. Sunday Trucked 4 miles to Ancoio, on SE side of island. Saw usual run of birds & Blue Demiguttas again evidence of it being bird of territory. Saw 1 Scorpion. Shot one cluft ground thrush on beach.
