10705 - July 5, 1969 Series of basaltic and rhyolitic rock outcrops -- as in 10702. Flowers yellow, turning reddish-purple in age .. Pistillate flowers in several series, with a ligule 1.5-2.5 mm long, slightly larger to slightly shorter than the pappus. All but the innermost pistillate flowers fertile, with flattened, 2-nerved achene. Disc flowers relatively few, with 4-toothed corolla and elongate, empty achene.. Outer pappus present but scanty and inconspicuous. Psychrogeton amorphoglossus (Boiss.) Novopokr. asteroid comp. (3) andrysalidis
