Winter annual; petals inconspicuous, dull pale purplish, with whitish margins, folded along the midrib. What appear to be last year's plants are up to 1.5 m. tall with pods 8-15 cm. long that have a very short, stout stipe up to about 1 mm. long. [illegible] supreme lab/flowers (35)
