"Journal" my theory is that I didn't do any might badly at colonies 5 and 6 [illegible] so I can't say anything about the two new colonies that are closest to the old spot of the original breeding colonies of the previous months before. Before thing is certain, no colonies were breeding where they [illegible] bred before. Also only one out of four new colonies were infested with ticks. Colony #7 eggs and small chicks. Colony #20 1/4 large chicks that will fly soon. Colony #3,5,6, eggs and few small chicks. The odd thing is, is that the oldest colonies #2,4 doesn't have ticks and a new colony #1 [illegible] is infested with ticks. Colony 4 not many ticks but present. Colony 3, ?, colony 2 mild infestation of ticks. Colony 5 few ticks. Why the ticks in new colony #1.. Arrggh! One theory shot to hell.
