Mike 1966 Journal. No. 10 Skive, skeletonizing the adult shear found dead yesterday. I read in Murphy's Oceanic Birds for a while. No. 11 Hallett Station, Antarctica. Began trapping and banding + color marking shears. Brian Reed demonstrated the noose method described by Eklund. We worked right from the doorway of the bio-lab, put a noose of nylon parachute shroud line that baited with ham chunks from the meatball.
