Catharacta maccormicki in killbide skerry are from separate chicks one from nest 52 area & the other from nest 36 area. Not necessarily from that mate however. Black primaries on wing already fading to brown color. 3: It should givelle + banneras of, chick from nest next 3. Wilson petrels. Running feathers r/or feet of fresh ones at 4 different nests. 3 on killbide one on level. 2 Snowpits - Tail feathers at 2 left places. Feb 14 While in skerry this morning measuring nest distance noted 1 chick setting with 5016 adults on a mound. This one of Snow pairs. Also at nest 300, 2 flying chicks were sitting in company with one adult. Feb 18 Walked north shore in morning. Und 40+ knots. Skies, sitting on lee side of ridge. Noted 2 of this year's chicks in lot. Both banded. Afternoon visited nest on penguin side: 364 A present defensive 331 Unbanded adult present, chick present, Less begged - gave begging cry when sighted adult 307 One adult (or pair - not sure) chick not seen 308 One adult, dark one, chick present
