Fell onto neck twisted around & got one foot on chick, then put one foot on head of chick & held it fixed beak & peck again at chick. Dropped neck & twisted & squeezed see about 200 turns again placing foot on chicks head to hold it. Blood ran out chicks bill, one eye pulled out, bleeding from cut fixes on neck. Sina kept its weight on chick until it was about death then stepped off. Began opening belly while chick gave few last movements of sleep. Started tearing at anus. Mate doesn't pount it but sets by nest can. 4:46 Same bird flew to enclosure fed chick flew back to carcass. At this, mate finally stro joins at at carcass. Seeks ad feeds, just stand 8 feet away & watches 4:56 Both 308 flew simultaneously from carcass. One landed beyond nest in snow began eating snow & sat; other flew on our core - toward Sea. 4:58 First 308 ad returns sits by enclosure, 5:13 Band 331 suddenly flies to nest, lands 1 foot away challenges Umb. responds in challenge call delivered sitting twice improved from body slightly.
