Catharacta macroura Dec. 6 fut E of nest (as yesterday), unbanded came over & was fed. Banded then flew To Spa, unbanded, walked back to nest. 1:15 RTH, 230 arrived. Mete gave chilling call. Confusion! Mate of 204 (L.Y-0) arrived, landed on mound. Mate of 230 abruptly present 15 E of nest. Hence arrival R+H, I have no guess. He had color marks on one wing Black Green I believe. Hence R.Y-0 has been on nest all morning. Left at 1:30 my time (1:17 actual time. My watch gains about 10 minutes on the hour). Dec. 7 Arrived alway 2:15 P.M. Time approximate as my watch was stopped. P, 204 present R-Y-0 or nest 230 - ad. incubating 42 ad circulating, unbanded. ♀ 206 Ad pre.
