"There were cases I mounted
birds & cabinet filled by
bird skins. The smaller
Collection was very large
I remember fossil teeth
& jaws of mammals all
In another room was a
herbareaum of dried sheets
of plants that hung
in the lower floor were
alcoholic fishes in large
guns snakes lizards turtle
etc., 'all of the alcoholics
were much faded & the
mammals skins also
showed much fading.
The bugs had however been
kept on top of the collections.
The collection of mammals
could be touched for a few
thousand dollars & Paul Hude
confused typewrote me.
