any tart acid flavor which would I believe improve it. Alfred Russel Wallace subdrges the delights of eating durians & says that tasting it is quite worth a trip to the West East Indies. He compares the flavor to almonds & rich cheese & these much flavor away exist is fruity superior quality as they are said to be quite variable in flavor. My particular durian I tasted before breakfast & eat some 5 pieces of seeds but didn't desire any more then, I put the remainder away in the wardrobe of my room.
