During the afternoon I saw
many the penguins and their
water properties show his
borelgin: The captain's
slop he sees Van Glien,
but they are never in fogs
only in pairs or solitary.
Water birds were singularly
scarce, as always seen
were few auhigs or
cormorants.
(17) The night was quite
pleasant but a few mosquitoes
came about the electric
fan before time cool. We
left an anchorage at daybreak,
but the fog came up soon
after it blurred the landscape
so we had to anchor again
until breakfast, namely 9 am.
