We reached the bungalow at Pa - chiao t'ai so the Chinese call the place, the Burmese name is Montong ka haw. The bungalow is the best we have yet found at the first in Burmese territory. It was neat well furnished with chairs, table, lamps, bed - table service. The house was one story with wide windows letting the breeze turn the dining room which was also furnished with a pumba.
