Patches of small damp ponds be the droppings of this deer were seen in forests on cliffs at 12-13,000 feet.
The dogs never flushed
one of these deer from it over
a broad meadow but a cold breeze
of Cervulus (Muntjac) it to shoot-

morning. None were seen by us.

Abundant in forest under logs
at 12,000 feet!

One taken in forest at camp.
7 Apodemus (buggery)
Two secured in forest at camp.
8 Apodemus? (long tailed)
One secured in forest also base of
rocks near camp.
