Sept. 7 Went up the road this morning looking for nitros domidos and found none, but in a bananal came upon a coral snake mimic which I took for Renan. Banals have great potential habitat for sals' but none seem to live there. I worked the place quite hard. I also found some small non-spining bromeliads which had nothing in them.
