Stflow agrees with me in thinking to show ice action. Then we went down
into the valley separating this ridge
from the southern lateral moraine of
the Comer glacier and up onto that
Moraine. Saw nothing but graiss -
Followed the shallow depression be-
tween the upper part of the moraine
and the ice down to the western end
of the glacier. Ice shows beautiful
overturned folds and thrustfaulcts
near its front, and therefore is to
be considered an active glacier.
