77 31-Oct- Front of hanging medial Glacier placed at 1150 feet width along plain 650 feet eastern portion of which is terminal moraine or marked by the Moraine. glacier debouche 125 paces [315'] out onto the plain as measured for me by Dr Langmuir. Front of southern branch cleave glacier about 1500 ft long by my pacing (Lanc had 670 paces) The glacier shows polish ice below thin snow + has ground moraine in it abundantly 3am 600' Sea level 500' 14-3-1 8/1 sec - Ice blocks + grooves at the north base of the snow and ice drift at the western end of the Gymnatake in cleave glacier. n. g.
