House built on a steep debris
cone formed by streams coming the
near high land.
Provision Point, half a mile
west of the house, is where the
Erik landed her cargo in 1913 &
where Peary made headquarters.
It is composed of columnar
basalt. Ship can moor alongside
blocky hornblende andesite -
9 x 11/12 x 9x 12, to 12. All
at Etah [4 lost]
9x. 13 1 to 12 at
Etah & Northumberland Ice.
On board the Claret in North Star

to see Mac Gillan
and Small, who were hunting walrus
for food. Left at 6 a.m.
