"Pentstemon Moffattii, Eastwood" (n.s.p.) is as suggested, probably a form of albidus, Mutt. There is a specimen called " by Dr. Gray which has the authors oblong & the sterile filament long beaded. Pentstemon Wahlenbergi, Eastwood (n.s.p.) Oenothera alyssoides, Hook & Arn., var. minutiflora, Mutt. " " triloba, Mutt., var. (?) pauciflora, Watson. " " cardiophylla, Jon" from Moab, S.E. Utah, is OE. brevipes, B.C., var. pauciflora, Watson. " Oenothera cardiophylla, Jon" from Grand Junction, (to) is OE. scapoides, Mutt. There are two forms of Oenothera scapoides from Grand Junction . The smaller flowered one is scapoides, the large flowered one var. pulcherrima. "Aster venustus Jones" is A. Wrightii, Gray. Gilia pungens, Benth. "Gilia superb a, Eastwood " (n.s.p.) is G. subnuda, Jon. Compared with type. We have a specimen collected in Utah by A. L. Siler, 1883. Forestiera Neo-mexicana, Gray. Asclepias cryptoceras, Watson. Asclepiadora decumbens, Gray. Asclepias involuciate, Engelm., var. tomentosa, Eastwood.
