1330 heading toward Washington Atoll. Island has been in sight since 0930. Flocks all closed in sight of island.
1335 Four Terns still on the place. Can not counting them because they are following fishbfs

1645 Frigatebird 1 3 3 Had streamer on it put there by motion of work aloft.
For past 2 days we have been clearing flocks. Last flockside about the same as one about 4 way have been the same flock. Very large r sphydral act. Boobies everywhere you look. Still at about the same location of if Wash. Atoll Caught about 15 terns in last flock. Only once all day. They don't seem to go for the boat bait they've been using--
