Lawrence KBR. Hunt has 6 flowered Spikelets with glumes 2 pall; The flowers fl & deeply 2 pale palae New Z arecaean - with which it was mixed in the distribution of Wrights Col 1839 - readily distinguished from that Spec. by its larger & many flowered Spikelets - & its broad, curinate & acute & mostly entire brcae- paleae - [179] (Brigelow Leon Springs)
