We have described the what we consider
the normal & most common form of this
polymorphons & puzzling species - Dr. Sprouts
sometimes finds the widely, varying. The Spikelets much
elongated & many flowered - with several of
the lower flowers Staminate. The paleae with
long short awns while the upper flowers are
as described above or the whole Spikelet composed
of Branches as 20 distant Staminate fle
with Min Barified or variously armed lower
paleae - It is closely related to B. Multineta
[Entrina] of Rees, from which it differs in its
solitary Spikelets & much longer Ater &
Endeisters in his additions of Batricinus persons &
with that.
Belongs in the subdivision Triplachena Indica,
