No 1 to 5 are all Malarius intermedia Bosc:
6 & 7 are Stalaria cenchriclea H. B. K. I doubt much on this or any distiction between Stalaria and Hexasticha, they will decidedly belong to Malariidae. No Fig VII t.o. is remarkably good me. Mohria antelphus
Inunctulata & a. Berlandieri Steud. are thus also. Wright 758 & Lullo
1637 are the same.
Paniceae.
8 & 9. are Cenchrus mysurridens H. B. K.
10. is Arotephina assiliflma. Steud. see note chbk antelphus above.
11 & 12 are Lagrago racemosa, Wild: Hartwig No 258 & Berlandier 721 are the same
12. bis is Paspalum Schizatum, Mecha. Say no. 9. teuc, oculatum, Centiforus,
and funfuransens. Brun? No 303 & 342 are the same.
13 & 14 are Paski destictum, Less Neul! ? P.vagratum, Sm:
15 is Brizchloa sericea Murm. Paspelun sericeum Schenk & Linn. Panicum
sericatum, Scheele. Steud. nkb Holfus spilosus New which has the heads,
of the Panicle more compressed, and has quite a different appearance.
Wright 791 & 793. Lindth s hh & Brun? 57b are all the same.
16 is Brizhloa acuminata K° - A good species will be distinguished by its
unequal glumes and quite distinct from P. acumalata. - Brizchloa n.
Holfus is certainly a good genus well marked by the callus pointing
of the spicula. Smith: un published by Kunth & 1816 and therefore
must take precedence of Holfus published by Dum. in 1820.

is Panicum [Colinorchloa] crass Gallii, L. sith P. colenum.

is Setaria Italica, H. de B. with the seeds smoother than I have ever seen -only observed it. It looks may like a cultivated form of L. viridis.
