Eopsaltria cucullata Gray is the female of this species. Possibly birds from Ambrym, Api, Malo, and Tongoa, or some of them, belong to the preceding species. Zosteropidae. Zosterops macgillivrayi Sharpe. (T.l., Malekula.) Aneiteum: Api: Farquhar. Malekula: Farquhar. Sharpe says it is related to Z. rendovae. Zosterops flavifrons (Gmelin). (T.l., Tanna.)
