Pachycephala vitiensis kandavensis Ramsay. (t. 1., Kandavu)
Kandavu: Pearce; Layard; 'Challenger'.
It is not at all certain that the species of Rhipidura (Fan-
tailed Flycatchers), Pinarolestes, and Pachycephala (Thickheads)
will finally come out as here listed. There is only one thing
to do, and that is to get a series of specimens, and work them out.
Zosteropidae. White-eyes; Silver-eyes.
Zosterops westernensis (Quoy and Gaimard). (t. 1., Australia)
(or Z. flaviceps Peale--type from Vanua Levu)
