Netherlands & Mr. Swims 1200m. 223 net types, 17 little types - 1 Ratman, 1 Mullings. Yesterday evening 2 Phragmites and shell The morning tailed steps and gathered specimens. Afternoon went to a short hunt day ride, it west on mounds swd. Returned to camp to the caution of specimens, that is gathering dry skins. Today the log spent they time in hunting on mounds side. A thing of interest to me is the first sawing of a "cactus" or a well-thought camp. It was apparently deserted last night by an animal traveling through the two camps in spite of the rain which continued most of the night. Transport returned from Segis River (Two cops) and a small transport of 2 soldiers and 1 convict in today for Burned Camp with 2 cans of gasoline. Understood that half of the transport can only go far at Burned Camp. With: Morning short period sunshine followed by mist which lasted until about 11.00. That cleared followed by high heavy overcast. Heavy rain last night. Feb. 17. 6km S.W. Burned Camp - During R. Netherlands & Mr. Swims 1200m. 223 net types, 17 little types - 1 Ratman.
