The immatures feed more or less together most of the time, but seem to do so apart from the adults. 4:27 p.m. after drifting to G22-some people came to J18 and he moved N to I 27. Now 4:30 p.m. he has gone back into the cat-tails at K28, precisely at K28.7.-for the 2nd time: I would guess its about time for him to relieve his mate. 4:36 p.m. He is still in the cat-tails at K28. The immatures are feeding, scattered all over the lot. 4:38 he came out, moved to the open water to feed. He seems to be moving more directly S., 4:41 he's at G21 still stopping to feed etc, but still drifting S. 4:42-Now he's moving a little north. 4:47-some daydreaming and I lost track of him. I think he is still on the north pool though. 4:59 p.m. in the last few minutes the fog has closed solidly over the hill to the west and for awhile no birds were to be seen. Now 5:02 four immatures are back on the open water feeding. 5:06 p.m. don't know where the O went to, he may be on the nest, I'm not sure. 5 immatures are feeding on the open water, but no adults. He apparently was feeding in the E22-28 area all this time. for he came out at 5:10 p.m.
