Fulica americana 198 Feb 6. Stow Lake, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, Calif. area with B/PB. This bird is [illegible] banded I can't get a good enough look at the band to tell what number it is .. - Lake Merritt, Alameda Co., Calif.. -496-71610, 496-71624 + 496-71648 all seen in the fenced area today, as well as S. - Lake Temescal, 420 ft., Alameda Co., Calif.- M?, Q, &/W plus the lost tag bird were all seen, all but B/W together at 42. None of the five tagged birds released last week were seen and I doubt that they are here. Feb 7 Univ. Calif.
