Bird 28 - 29 color by Ridgway "Dull yellow-green". ? testis in Bovins leg, wing, bill, cloaca but not syrinx saved - don't think I'll fool with any more syringes. Bursa pin sized, about 15 mm long, white. Frontal shield 7.55 photographed in black & white. No parasites found in gross examination, gut put aside for MsO. Voge. Digest full, normal, as was gall bladder & spleen. Bird 29 ?, sizable bursa. Syrinx not saved, but enlarged as is typical of ? syrinx. Found an ulcer near the duodenal pylorus of the gizzard with 12-20 very small nematodes in it. Tissue discolored and had a rotten smell to it, area about the size of a dime - no flukes in nasal or body cavities. This bird had some fat on the neck area. The earlier mid-28. had very little fat on it. Bird 30 - a fluke found in nasal sinuses, but no other flukes found. Cloaca torn in skinning so that a bursa could not be found. All of usual parts but syrinx saved. Testis in Bovins Bird 31- ?, gonad, leg, wing, cloaca, bill saved. Found one fluke in nasal sinus, an ulcer loaded with nematodes in the gizzard, plus another ulcer of undetermined origin. Bursa present and measurable. Take others
